The Southwestern staff always makes a great effort to be helpful and accommodating. We are here to make sure that you have a memorable and fun experience.
WE PROVIDE:
- all the fishing gear you need and will help you at any time if you so desire. We love introducing the sport to newcomers.
- Water, soft drinks, snacks & fresh fruit.
- Cold storage for any food you’d like to bring.
- Ice for any fish you’d wish to keep.
- A fun and knowledgeable captain. Travis Hargis, has years of experience fishing local waters and locating proven locations for the best bites possible. Always making sure that you have the best day while out with Southwestern Sportfishing Charters.
WHAT TO BRING:
You should feel free to bring any of the gear you are used to fishing with and supplies you want including: fishing tackle, ice chests, additional food and/or beverages.
It is also recommended to bring:
- sunscreen
- sunglasses
- hats
- bathing suits& towels
- dark colored or older clothes & a jacket
- sea sick medication if needed.
LICENSES / DOCUMENTS
California licenses are required for anyone age 16 and older. If we are fishing in Mexican waters you will need Mexican fishing permits; which are available at all landings in Point Loma (i.e. Fisherman’s Landing, Angler’s Choice, Hook Line and Sinker, etc) & will also need a U.S. Passport.
